Junior Francis, featured in UK celebrity chef Gary
Rhodes TV show, will be leading the cooking
demonstration on September 19, 2009. Other resort chefs
will conduct cooking demonstrations every Thursday
thereafter. An Appleton Estate representative will host
the Appleton Rum Tasting in the event that Joy Spence
