Pam,
We want to drop you a note to tell you
how much we appreciated your help with our flight information,
last Sunday. Your work really gave us some peace of mind after
not being able to view our information off Frontier's website. We
hope we didn't take you away from your family for too long;
especially on a Sunday.
Due to the phone chages we would have
incurred, ($4.00 per minute), we were hoping that you could do a
better job than we could in working out any details with Frontier
if there was a problem. We left the hotel for the airport at 8:15
AM, yesterday, in order to make sure things worked out with our
flight home. Frontier had our information and we traveled back to
KC via Denver, which worked out better than the original
plan through L.A..
As it turned out, shortly after we
were sent through security at the airport, Frontier's system went
down and friends of ours ended up waiting in line 3 hours for
boarding passes. Such is life
in Mexico.
We enjoyed our trip and we had no
problems with anything else.
Thank you, Pam. We really appreciated
your commitment, last weekend. We look forward to working with
you again.
