Q. What can I expect in your service?
A. We are advocates for our clients from beginning to end. Whether it is finding the perfect destination, making sight-seeing recommendations or offering assistance in the rare instance a problem occurs, we are your first and last line of defense.

Q. What if I need help deciding where I want to go?
A. Part of our expertise is helping our clients determine their travel style. We will ask you questions to determine what destination and type of vacation will fit you. For example, we might ask: are you looking for a luxury or casual atmosphere? Do you want adventure or relaxation, or a combination of both? Is this a celebration of a special occasion such as a honeymoon or anniversary?

Q. What does it cost for your services? Are your prices competitive?
A. We are paid a direct commission from wholesale suppliers who have bulk discounts with hotels, airlines, cruises, etc. so we pass the savings along to you. There are NO HIDDEN COSTS and no charge to you for our services.

Q. Are my choices limited to the supplier you work for?
A. We have access to all the cruise lines, hotels, resorts, airlines and anything associated with the travel industry. Part of our job is to find the best fit for our client's individual needs among the many options available.

Q. Do I need to Purchase Travel Insurance?
A. That is a question only you can answer.  Do you want to take the risk of losing the entire cost of your vacation because you, or someone in your family became ill, or there was severe weather that prevented you from traveling?  We always recommend travel insurance to our customer, but the ultimate decision lies with you.  Read, "Should I Purchase Travel Insurance?"

Q.  I am traveling "X" month.  Can you tell me what the weather would be like?
A.  As much as we would love to be able to answer this question, we can not predict the weather.  We can however tell you what the average temperature should be a the time you are traveling.  For more information read, "Best and Worst Times to Travel".

Q. Do you book non-traditional vacations such as private villas, yachts or adventure trips? 
A. Yes, we do!   We can book just about any type of vacation you want, including: villas, yachts and sailing vessels (fully staffed is available) private jets, or adventure trips such as backpacking, river rafting, or dude ranches.
